Pneumatic Scraper: Single Shape

To fit on tempering moulding machines (with a capacity of 30/80kg) and automatic tempering machine continua (30/60 kg)for filling and closing chocolate moulds.

Construction

• Stainless steel construction.
• Suitable for moulds series 1000 (27,5 x 13,5cm)
• Designed to fill moulds completely
  OR to fill the inside of moulds before applying vibration
  OR to close moulds and scrape off excess chocolate.
• Moulds are carried pneumatically (note: requires compressor).
• Different chocolate distribution pipe for moulding machine and for CONTINUA.
• Automatic version and with foot control.
• Standard capacity: 16 moulds (height: 50cm).
• 2 scrapers mounted in series.
• Pre-heated mould conductor
