Plastic Prototypes

The blueprints are discussed with the client and upon approval the construction of all the necessary drawings and means of production is started.

This is where we play our trump card : when special tools and devices which cannot be found on the market, are required, Darvan takes pride in having the appropriate knowledge, the necessary experience and the adequate machinery to have them home-made.
This also applies to equipment for simulation and/or tiredness tests : we construct and/or fine-tune them as required.

Darvan also possesses a large experience in the field of machining synthetic parts out of full material, even very complex ones. With these prototypes, tests can be performed which allow us to adjust the design before we start producing the actual mould.
