Overview Bag Filters

commonly used filters in the industry.
In one filter is a filter bag installed. The bag is composed of
polyester, polypropylene or nylon. Bag filters made of nylon
provide for surface filtration, whereby the water from the inside to
the outside flows through the 'bag'. The dirt particles are retained
by the filter material, and as it were, remain in the wall of the bag
sticking. We filter 5p here to 2000p. The nylon mesh filter can be
easily cleaned, and the bag may be (limited) to be re-used. This
is also the great advantage of this type of filter bags. The
manufactured from polypropylene bag filters provide depth
filtration: water flows from inside to outside through the felt, with
the dirt particles in the needle felt are being held. The thickness
of the needle felt determines the fineness of grinding which we
are able to filter. Needle Felt Filter can filter up to 1 p.

Finer efficiencies can be achieved by the use of special filter
bags with several layers (absorption of the gelatinous soiling or
absorption of oils, absolute filtration <1 p,...)
