MILL
The mill operates according to the "blades" system, the grain is ground through the moving blades (the rotor) and stationary blades in stator.
This system has the great advantage that one can grind very fine with a high capacity.
Rotor width: 400 mm or 600 mm. Rotor blades equipped with 6 rows and 6 rows throwers. Heavy duty knife-thrower and rows. Hydraulically driven rotor to divide the perfectly distributed grain over the mill. Magnets in the height of the grain flow in order to detect metal. Setting of the different counter-blades in the stator along the outside of the mill.
ENGINE Depending on the type of machine we are working with different types of motors. CGM 400 mill is powered by a Scania V8, with a capacity of 480 Kw. The CGM 600 has 2 Scania 6 cylinder engines with a joint capacity of 662 Kw.
All engines are equipped with the necessary safeguards regarding oil pressure, water level and temperature. The engines are still built new engines for this application specifically chosen fuel pumps and other accessories. The content of the fuel tank as the machine is 900 liters or 1200 liters.
