The hand moulding machines of 40kg, 80kg and 100kg (approx. 90lb, 180lb and 220lb) are designed to fill and vibrate chocolate moulds for pralines, chocolate truffles and hollow chocolate figurines like Easter eggs and Halloween and Santa Claus figurines.
The chocolate container is electronically heated. A thermostat with digital display allows to set the temperature accurately between 15 and 55°C. The container is equipped with a firm stirrer to throughly stir the chocolate. The wheel with adjustable speed settings is used for tempering while adding small chunks of chocolate.
Inox aisi 304 width 2mm construction on castors.
