The liquid cast iron is poured into the form of 2 parts fixed together.
The cast iron is melted in a rotary furnace with the aid of gas and oxygen at a temperature of about 1500 ° C.
The white hot cast iron then is poured in the sand molds.
After a certain time of cooling the casting from the sand mold and a steel beam cabin is cleaned. Only then will the typical gray cast iron shine. Afterwards burrs and unwanted blemishes are removed with a small grinder.
