Ball Printing Machine

The ball printing machine ATLAS is designed for the decoration of PVC toy - balls over 360° with different sizes ranging from Ø ±110 mm (Ø ±4,3") up to Ø ±250 mm (Ø ±10").

The output is about 500 balls per hour. Both hemispheres of the balls are printed sequentially by different print heads.

Note that the mentioned printing speed depends on a lot of parameters and are to be considered as an indication. This output refers to the largest ball format.

In principle the number of printing stations is unlimited but experience tells us that the maximum possible is 12, equal to 6 (= 4 + 2) colours at each hemisphere. The installation is designed to achieve an unequalled print quality.
